Request account deletion

Use this page to request deletion of a ShasTech-IT student account and the personal data associated with it.

Course progress, exam history, certificates, authentication records and other account-linked personal data will be removed when the request is processed. Certain transaction records may be retained in anonymized form where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, security or legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can also initiate a verified deletion request from the ShasTech-IT mobile app under Settings → Student → Delete Account.
