Course Curriculum
Amadeus-style cryptic workflows use structured entries and abbreviated responses. This course teaches concepts through a fictional training environment, not a certified Amadeus terminal.
Availability search is typically the first operational step in creating an air itinerary. Search inputs must identify when and where the customer intends to travel.
Selling selects a booking class and itinerary segment from availability. A training command may look like SS1Y1, subject to the simulator grammar.
Passenger data must be accurate and appropriate to the booking stage. A simulator should accept synthetic identities only.
The end-transaction step validates record requirements and saves the simulated booking. A received-from value records who instructed the action.
Pricing requires fare availability, ticketing and tax logic. Initial training quotes should be explicitly fictional and deterministic.
A servicing action should validate record ownership and workflow state before changes are made.
A structured scenario measures a correct end-state rather than rote command copying. This lesson prepares students for the future practical exam integration.
