This policy explains how refund requests for ShasTech SEO Synergy Pro are handled. It is intended to provide a clear commercial process and does not reduce any refund, withdrawal, cancellation or consumer-protection right that applies under mandatory law.
1. 14-day refund request period
For purchases made directly through ShasTech, you may request a refund within 14 days after the payment is confirmed. This voluntary request period applies to initial purchases and, unless stated otherwise at checkout, to renewals and upgrades.
2. How to request a refund
Contact us through shastech.net/contact and provide the order number, invoice number or purchase email, together with a short explanation so we can locate the transaction. We may ask for reasonable information needed to prevent fraud or duplicate refunds.
3. Refund method
When a refund is approved, we normally return the approved amount through the original payment method where reasonably available, or another method agreed with the customer. ShasTech does not charge an additional fee for processing an approved refund. Bank, currency-conversion or payment-provider charges outside our control may be handled by the relevant provider.
4. Effect of a full refund
For a new purchase, a full refund or payment reversal ends the related ShasTech commercial entitlement, including official private updates, downloads and support. For a renewal or upgrade, the system may restore the prior entitlement when it is technically and commercially safe to do so. Rights already granted under the software's open-source license are not revoked by a commercial refund.
5. Partial refunds
Partial refunds are reviewed case by case. A partial refund does not automatically suspend the license unless the agreed resolution requires an entitlement change.
6. Requests outside 14 days
Requests received after 14 days may still be considered for duplicate charges, billing errors, material defects, non-delivery, or where applicable law requires a remedy. We may first offer reasonable troubleshooting or a corrective update when appropriate.
7. Third-party charges
AI API usage, cloud services, hosting, domain fees or other third-party costs purchased directly from another provider are not collected by ShasTech under the SEO Synergy Pro license and must be addressed with that provider.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe a payment is incorrect, please contact us first so we can investigate quickly. This request does not limit any right you have to contact your payment provider or exercise rights available under applicable law.
9. Mandatory rights
If the law applicable to your transaction gives you a longer period, a mandatory right of withdrawal, or another non-waivable remedy, that legal right takes precedence over this policy.
