These Terms of Service govern purchases of ShasTech SEO Synergy Pro and related commercial services provided by ShasTech-IT ("ShasTech", "we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order, activating a commercial entitlement, renewing, or upgrading, you agree to these Terms together with the applicable Refund Policy, Pro License & Entitlement Terms, Privacy Addendum, and Support Policy.
1. Provider and scope
ShasTech-IT provides software distribution, license-entitlement services, private update access, customer-portal access, billing records, and technical support for ShasTech SEO Synergy Pro. The Free plugin is distributed separately through WordPress.org.
2. Orders, prices and payment
Current plans, site allowances, billing intervals and prices are shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout. The checkout total shown before payment is the amount submitted for payment. Payments may be processed through ShasPay or another payment method shown at checkout. We do not ask customers to send card credentials directly to ShasTech through the SEO Synergy website.
An order is not fulfilled until payment is confirmed or an authorized administrator records an approved manual payment. A failed, rejected, cancelled or incomplete payment does not create or extend a paid entitlement.
3. Customer account
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and protecting your Customer Portal password and license key. You must notify us promptly if you believe an account or license key has been compromised.
4. Commercial entitlement
A paid plan gives the customer access to ShasTech-provided services associated with that plan, including official Pro downloads, private updates, customer-portal features and support while the entitlement is active. Site allowances apply to ShasTech activation, update and support services. The underlying software license is addressed separately in the Pro License & Entitlement Terms.
5. Renewals, upgrades and grace period
Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, purchases are not automatically charged again without a new payment authorization. Renewal extends the existing license entitlement and normally keeps the same license key and site activations. An upgrade changes the plan/site allowance for the existing entitlement. A limited renewal grace period may keep official update/download entitlement available after the nominal expiry date; installed Pro functionality is not intentionally disabled merely because a commercial entitlement expires.
6. Third-party services
SEO Synergy can connect to third-party services such as WordPress, AI providers, Google services and payment providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, quotas, availability and fees. ShasTech does not control third-party service outages, model behavior, ranking systems, advertising systems or API pricing.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use ShasTech accounts, update services, support systems or payment systems for fraud, abuse, credential sharing intended to defeat purchased site limits, security testing without authorization, unlawful activity, or interference with other customers. This section governs ShasTech services and credentials and is not intended to restrict rights granted by the software's open-source license.
8. Product changes and availability
We may improve, replace or discontinue specific hosted services, integrations or features when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance or product development. We will avoid intentionally removing paid access without reasonable notice where practical. Third-party API features may change when the provider changes or discontinues its service.
9. SEO and AI results
SEO, analytics and AI outputs are assistance tools, not guarantees. We do not promise any specific search ranking, traffic level, revenue, indexing outcome, AI accuracy or business result. You remain responsible for reviewing generated suggestions and for decisions made using the software.
10. Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShasTech services are provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShasTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost rankings, loss of third-party API access, or losses caused by third-party platforms. Where liability cannot be excluded, any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
12. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the ShasTech SEO Synergy Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over any contractual limitation.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to ShasTech-hosted services for confirmed fraud, chargeback abuse, security threats, unlawful use, material breach of these Terms, or a refunded/reversed payment. Suspension of ShasTech services does not revoke rights already granted under the applicable open-source software license.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to you. Before formal proceedings, we encourage customers to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue promptly.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or product reasons. The version accepted for an order is recorded with that order. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
