Does Pro replace Free?
No. Pro extends the Free plugin; both remain installed.
Do Pro features stop when the license expires?
No. Installed Pro functionality continues to work. Official private updates, downloads and commercial support require active entitlement/grace.
Are AI costs included?
No. Current AI connectors use credentials/accounts you configure with the provider. Provider usage is billed under your provider account/plan.
Can I use Pro on staging?
Each active site registered with the License Server consumes a site seat unless your plan/operation specifically treats it otherwise. Remove unused activations from the Customer Portal.
Where do I download Pro?
Sign in at the ShasTech License Customer Portal and open Downloads.
