License server connection issue
Use Pro License → Refresh Status. A temporary License Server outage does not erase the previously saved entitlement state. Confirm your WordPress server can make outbound HTTPS requests to licenses.shastech.net.
A Pro update is not appearing
On Pro 1.1.1 or newer, use Pro License → Check for Pro update now. This clears the private updater cache and asks WordPress to perform a fresh plugin update check.
AI test fails
Confirm the provider is enabled, the credential/model value is correct and the WordPress server can reach the provider endpoint. For Ollama, confirm the configured local endpoint is reachable from the WordPress server.
Audit seems incomplete
The Audit Center is resumable. Continue processing batches until the audit status is complete. Large sites intentionally do not scan everything in one request.
Google authorization fails
Check HTTPS, the exact authorized redirect URI, OAuth client type, consent configuration and the requested account/property access.
